These terms apply when you use the Esoq website and apps. By using them you agree to these terms.
1About Esoq
Esoq is an online marketplace operated by Esoq W.L.L.. Products and services are sold by independent vendors, not by Esoq, unless stated otherwise. Esoq provides the platform that connects you with them.
2Your account
Give accurate details when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
3Orders and availability
Placing an order is a request to buy. Availability can change, and an order may be cancelled if an item is unavailable. Any amount you paid for a cancelled order is returned to you.
4Prices
Prices are shown in Bahraini dinar and may change. We may cancel an order placed at an obvious pricing error.
5Payment and delivery
You can pay online or, where offered, in cash on delivery. Online payment and delivery are handled by our providers. Delivery times shown are estimates.
6Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow the vendor's policy and applicable Bahraini law. Contact the vendor or us about an order.
7Misuse of orders
We may limit cash on delivery or cancel orders in cases of misuse, for example false details, repeated refused deliveries or fraud.
8Acceptable use
Do not use Esoq unlawfully, interfere with the site or other users, use another person's account, or post false or misleading content, including reviews.
9Intellectual property
The Esoq site, brand and content belong to Esoq or its licensors, and vendors' content belongs to the vendors. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, Esoq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for products and services sold by vendors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
